Inviting universities, research institutions and researchers In the framework of Professor Dr. Muhammad Khair Al-Ghabani Al-Hussaini's interest in promoting scientific research, a memorandum of understanding was signed with the Slovakian company Abas FX, which specializes in establishing technology transfer offices. It was agreed to establish: Technology Transfer Offices in order to provide an incubator environment for researchers and enable them to transform their ideas into products:
1_ Providing an environment to complete theoretical research.
2 Experimental laboratories.
3_ Intellectual property registration.
4_ Incubators for producing models and samples and Startups to display the final product to the markets.
